Connecting Punta del Este to La Barra , Leonel Viera’s Bridge is a very peculiar architecture that already has two ondulations.

The bridge was first constructed in 1965 by Leonel Viera, and in 1999 a second bridge was constructed due to the incredibly big amount of traffic , mainly in summer time, at the time in which people leave the beach at night , for this there are two bridges now, one to go from La Barra to Punta del Este , and one to go from Punta del Este to La Barra.

Passing over the bridge in a car provokes a unique sensation in the stomach, most people find it really funny, which makes them want to do it again.
